Hi Everyone,

 I was looking for eyeliner and I came across this eye pencil one day while I was going through oriflame catalouge. I wanted to try a pencil eyeliner this time as I was a little bored with my liquid liners. For beginners I would suggest then to try this eye pencil as it is easier to apply than the liquid ones. This one have a smudger attached at the end so I had to buy this.
